The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various events, providing exceptional guest services, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all attendees. Duties

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and organized.
• Provide excellent guest services by greeting attendees, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during food service or ticket sales.
• Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage conflicts or issues that arise during events with professionalism and poise.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless event experience for guests.
• Support children's activities if applicable, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for younger attendees.
• Assist in food service operations, including serving food and beverages as needed.
• Engage in events management tasks to facilitate smooth operations throughout the event.

Requirements

• Strong cash handling skills are essential for managing transactions effectively.
• Experience in food service is a plus, particularly in high-volume settings.
• Background in events management or theater is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Experience working with children is an asset, especially for family-oriented .
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for interacting with guests.
