Our team is growing! We are looking to add a motivated team member to assist in coordinating customer sales and service. Our company is focused on creating a working environment where employees can provide a quality service for our clients. Responsibilities include ; *Answering incoming phone calls; *Inside & outside sales for phone inquiries, emails, and walk-in customers; *Scheduling and dispatch of jobs for workers; *Preparation and closing of work orders; *Advertising and marketing efforts to generate leads; *Trade show sales and service Qualifications : *Possess a passion for helping customers with bath and kitchen upgrades; *Excellent organizational skills; *Dependable attendance and punctual *Ability to project a positive and professional image to callers and visitors; *Ability to work well as a team player; *Enthusiastic telephone, customer service, and sales skills; *Above average ability to multi-task in fast-paced, small business environment, *A sense of humor is preferred!
