Full description of the position

* Perform sales presentations and site walks as needed. * Provide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC system related solutions for customer's problems. * Understand construction specifications in relationship to production, construction and installation specifications within the HVAC business. * Present internal sales reports. * Develop and maintain long- term customer relationships with new commercial/industrial clients. * Provide full estimates for commercial bid proposals. * Provide professional bid proposals with high level of attention to detail. * Implement selling and marketing strategies to penetrate and develop commercial HVAC accounts. Requirements * HVAC sales experience. * Strong understanding of HVAC commercial industry. * Experience working with past and present mechanical systems. * Knowledge with control systems, ventilation, light commercial, large package units and split systems. * Some experience estimating removals and installs. * Must be capable of climbing ladders. * Comfortable interacting with building owners, building managers and maintenance supervisors. * Willing to cold call when necessary. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Flexibility to work outside normal work hours, when necessary. * Successful background check. * Valid drivers license.
