Position Summary The Artisanal Food Ambassador & Event Sales Specialist is responsible for representing our brand at various markets, festivals, and events, driving sales through engaging customer interactions, product demonstrations, and exceptional brand representation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Represent the brand professionally at farmers markets, food festivals, community events, and pop-up locations * Set up and manage visually appealing product displays * Conduct live product sampling and demonstrations * Engage potential customers through compelling product storytelling * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently * Maintain accurate inventory and sales records * Transport, set up, and break down event materials and displays * Provide detailed sales reports after each event * Maintain a professional and enthusiastic demeanor * Ensure product quality and proper handling during transportation and display Event Types * Weekly Farmers Markets * Bi-Weekly Community Events * Monthly Specialty Food Festivals * Seasonal Pop-Up Locations * Weekend Market Experiences Ideal Candidate Qualities * Excellent at communication * Naturally outgoing and friendly * Able to tell compelling stories about the brand * Comfortable talking to diverse people * Enthusiastic about sharing product information * Skilled at creating connections through conversation * Resides in or near event locations - Reliable personal transportation * Residence within Miami-Dade or Broward County strongly preferred * Must have transportation Pay Range You will have the option of getting paid hourly + commission or flat commission of 25% of sales. Those who repeatedly achieve sales goals will be offered salaried positions.
