The best candidates will possess a previous track record of high levels of success in sales and customer service within the insurance industry, with a loyal & compassionate nature to help others. Duties will include: * SERVICE -Working with existing clients to answer any questions on their policy(s), processing payments, making policy changes and other service related tasks for existing clients. * SALES -Conducting conversations/interviews with current & prospective clients on their needs & wants for their insurance program. Matching clients to one of our quality products available and presenting those options in a detailed fashion, consulting with your client to help them choose the best coverage for their needs. * Life insurance and P &C. You will be responsible for cross sell marketing life insurance to our approximately 2000 existing client accounts that do not have this product. As well as the approximate 1200 accounts that have only 1 line of business. Once you have established success, you will have the opportunity to move up within our company. Including support to establish your own agency for the real go getters out there! Requirements for consideration include: 1) A winning, positive, CAN DO attitude 2) Team work mentality 3) 1 year of documented insurance sales success. 5) 1 year of documented insurance service success. 6) Current Licenses for Life/Health and P&C. We offer high compensation, benefits package, unlimited approved PTO, and opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. Base pay is $35-50k and will be based on experience, commissions paid are 30-35% of Agency earned commissions and periodic bonuses are paid.
