- Respond to inbound leads quickly to maximize conversion opportunities
- Identify client needs and position the right speaker solutions to close deals
- Persuade and convert : Use consultative selling to build value and gain client buy-in
- Follow up rigorously to move prospects through the pipeline efficiently
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to negotiation, contract, and post-sale follow-up
- Own your numbers : Build a healthy pipeline and consistently hit or exceed revenue targets What We 're Looking For
- A proven track record in consultative B2B sales (5-7 years), ideally in a fast-paced or high-ticket environment
- Ability to manage high-value accounts and convert complex needs into profitable deals
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to close deals independently
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience working with clients across the U.S. and navigating cultural nuances
- Organized, self-motivated, and relentless in pursuing targets
