Duties * Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building. * Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable partnerships. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and project management to align business strategies. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning efforts. * Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on business development initiatives and performance metrics. Requirements * Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a track record of achieving targets. * Strong understanding of strategic planning processes and market analysis techniques. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce. * Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on building relationships. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
