The Rick Case Automotive Group is seeking Premier Sales Consultants to join our automotive sales team! *We're looking for successful sales representatives that are COMPETITIVE, MOTIVATED, & ENERGETIC! Qualified Candidates Posses: * Previous commission based sales experience a plus! * A proven track record of customer service and ability to work as an individual as well as with a team * Able to problem solve and identify the customers wants/needs. * A Valid Drivers License and clean Driving/Background record * Qualified candidates need to be able to work a flexible schedule * Exceptionally strong interpersonal skills and communication, in-person and over the phone Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service to customers * Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and address their needs. * Conduct sales transactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities. * Demonstrate proficiency in driving to facilitate test drives and vehicle deliveries. * Utilize sales techniques to promote upselling and meet sales targets. * Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth sales process and customer satisfaction.
