Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan Responsibilities: * Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards * Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention * Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales * Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team * Team Sales * Individual sales * Database * Grow your division * Coach and train Qualifications: * Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team * Unparallelled communication and customer service skills * A real estate license is required * Brokers license or ability to obtain one * Commission opportunity * Sales experience About Company We're a high-performance team focused on collaboration, productivity, and long-term success.
