• Insurance Specialist - High Inbound Leads | Family-Oriented Team | $50K-$90K+ Job Type: Full-Time Location: On-site

Compensation

• Assist clients with understanding and selecting the right insurance plans (ACA, Marketplace, Life, Dental, Vision, etc.)
• Guide clients through their options with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
• Handle insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and referrals
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality
• Work exclusively with inbound leads --absolutely no outbound sales

• Experience in insurance or customer service is a plus (but not required--we'll train you!)
