We are looking for MOTIVATED experienced health insurance representatives with either a 2-15 and/or 2-40 health license to join our family. If you do not have a license, but have experience selling health insurance, then you are also a good candidate for the job! We will cover all up front costs for licensing, training ETC. Room for Opportunity to grow within the company. - Highest Paid Commissions in the Industry. Responsibilities * Receive inbound transfers with prospects on the line ready to discuss health plans available to them * Make outbound calls on automated dialing system to reach consumer's that are actively searching for health plans * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule * Continuously improve through feedback Skills * Proven work experience as a sales representative * Experience selling health insurance * Experience selling Multiplan and/or First Health (not required) * Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales * Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills * Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Job Type: Permanent Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay License/Certification: * Health Insurance License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
