Uni K Wax is seeking a Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring outstanding service, driving sales, and creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Compensation: Average annual earnings range from $40,000 to $65,000 , depending on the candidate's success. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and offer personalized product and service recommendations to ensure satisfaction. * Membership & Package Promotion: Promote (K Club) and (K Pack) programs to build long-term customer relationships and enhance customer loyalty. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Studio team to improve the overall customer experience and help meet business objectives. * Social Media & Community Engagement: Manage and engage with social media to boost brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive trials. Build and maintain local community partnerships to increase engagement. * Wax Lab Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Wax Lab, ensuring efficient preparation, dispensing, and inventory management of wax products. * Customer Service & Scheduling: Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth and seamless experiences for customers and members. * Staff Development & KPI Achievement: Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional service while driving the achievement of studio-specific KPIs and business goals.
