* Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand * Analyzing the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements * Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company's marketing activities * Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs * Driving top-line sales * interpreting reporting data * organizational and prioritization skills Adaptability to flex to changing priorities and expectations * Establishing strong brand partner relationships that are mutually beneficial in achieving sales and service goals Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $10.50 - $16.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Paid time off Shift: * 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: * Ferndale, MI (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Ferndale, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
