Our Tampa based team is growing, and with client demand not slowing down, we are excited to welcome an Account Trainee to the team. As an Account Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with prospective customers and facilitating the process of enrollment into various wireless service programs. Responsibilities: * Develop, coordinate, and execute fundraising and promotional campaigns that engage the community and drive donations to support local charities. * Create and implement engaging promotional materials that resonate with our mission and goals. * Assist in the setup of events and fundraising activities, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and deliver memorable experiences. * Build and nurture relationships with charity partners, stakeholders, and community businesses to foster collaboration and increase donations. * Support the marketing and communications team to promote upcoming events and initiatives, contributing ideas for outreach and visibility. * Monitor and report on event outcomes, helping the team refine strategies for future campaigns. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a plus. * At least some experience working in a customer facing role. * The ability to think on your feet and adapt to various situations. * You are comfortable thinking outside the box and problem solving with a smile. * You enjoy a challenge * You are able to start immediately and work full-time hours
