Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness and have a proven track record in sales. This role involves promoting and selling our corporate wellness program to medium-sized businesses across Northeast Ohio. * Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets. * Identify and engage with potential clients, including HR professionals, executives, and business owners. * Present and demonstrate the Zero Doubt Club corporate wellness program, highlighting its unique features and benefits. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns. * Track and report on sales performance, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer feedback. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to effectively position Zero Doubt Club's offerings.
