Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Coordinator with a focus on sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, assisting with spa operations, and providing outstanding customer service. This position requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and restrooms.
• Stock supplies and ensure all necessary items are readily available for guests and staff.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Assist guests with inquiries about services, products, and promotions; provide recommendations as needed.
• Supervise the spa area to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage appointment bookings via phone or in-person while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Promote spa services and products through effective sales techniques.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Uncapped ability to earn commission based on sales of skincare products
• Earn free products based on sales and goals of employee sales contests and incentives Skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in cash handling and experience with POS systems.
• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Ability to sell services and products effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience in supervising staff or managing operations is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
