Job Description: We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will reach out to homeowners who are looking to sell their homes and work towards securing contracts for our company. The position requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport quickly with prospective sellers. This is an in-office position, and leads will be provided to you--your job is to follow up, communicate effectively, and close deals. Responsibilities: * Reach out to homeowners who are interested in selling their homes and secure contracts. * Learn and understand real estate terms, values, contracts, repairs, and more. * Utilize CRM software to manage leads and follow up with prospects. * Maintain a positive and proactive approach to customer interactions. * Build rapport with homeowners and provide excellent customer service. * Follow our systems and processes for effective communication and closing. * Stay organized and manage multiple leads at once. * Display initiative and contribute to the team's success. * Constantly work towards improving sales skills and knowledge. Requirements: * 2-3 years of sales experience (real estate experience is a plus). * Strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills. * Ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections. * A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to learn and adapt to our streamlined processes. * Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude. * Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions. * High School Diploma (or equivalent). * Real Estate Wholesaling experience preferred but not required.
