Responsibilities: As a Sales Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include: * Making it quick and easy for HVAC professionals to purchase the equipment and parts they need to get the job done. * Prospecting for new customers by leveraging business directories, leads from existing clients, and active participation in trade shows and conferences. * Engaging with new and existing customers to comprehensively understand their HVAC needs and effectively communicate how our products and services align with their requirements. * Identifying replacement parts to ensure compatibility and functionality. * Preparing detailed and accurate quotations for customers, considering project requirements, schedules, and budget constraints. * Addressing customer inquiries regarding product pricing, availability, and usage to ensure informed decision-making. * Leading negotiations on pricing and terms of sales agreements to secure mutually beneficial outcomes. * Efficiently facilitating order placement. * Collaborating closely with colleagues to share insights on effective selling strategies and market trends. * Conducting thorough follow-ups with customers to guarantee their satisfaction with purchases and to address any concerns promptly.
