Job Title: Medicare Insurance Sales - All Leads Provided - In-Office Environment Are you interested in a career where you dictate your own income? We generate our own pre-screened leads that are provided to our agents with no limits. We use a cutting-edge dialing system, allowing agents to maximize their efficiency in a workday (NO COLD CALLING EVER). We assist new agents in obtaining their insurance license by paying for training and testing as well as offering a study group to make sure you pass the license exam. We offer some of the best pay in the business. There are no caps on commissions. Our agents earn between $72,000 - $120,000/yr beginning in their first year. We offer benefits after a minimum employment length including 401K with employer matching, health/dental/vision insurance and paid vacation time. We are looking to fill agent positions to begin in May/June 2025. Our ideal candidate will have the following: * DRIVE! We are looking for anyone who is self-motivated and hungry for success. * Ability to overcome sales objections and close over the phone. * A teachable attitude, willing to learn through our sales training and mentorship. * Must be willing to undergo Federal background check. * Strong computer/internet skills. * Ability to multi-task * Able to commute to the office regularly. Office is located at 6782 South Potomac Street Centennial, CO 80112. Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
