We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team. You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Apply now!Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 Responsibilities: * Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale * Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition * Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed * Follow up on all leads and requests for information * Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers Qualifications: * Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality * Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments * Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work * Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred About Company * Why Sell Quick Tampa?
