We are The Taverna Auto Group an auto dealership group selling new and used vehicles. We are looking for a dynamic professional that has experience in customer service at auto dealerships to join us as a Customer Service Manager. Responsibilities: * Answer customer service calls from customers who have purchased a vehicle from us, provide updates on shipping and titling questions * Create second temporary tags for out of state customers * Go above and beyond to ensure each customer's concern is resolved quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience working in customer service or titling at an auto dealership. This is a full time, 40 hour per week position Monday- Friday with half days every other Saturday.
