Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Catering Sales Manager to join our team. This role involves managing all inbound leads, communicating with clients, and driving sales growth, all while being highly responsive and available during core business hours. Key Responsibilities: * Respond promptly to all inbound leads and client inquiries between 8 AM and 6 PM. * Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to booking and invoicing. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. * Establish and nurture partnerships with wedding and event venues in Utah to become a preferred vendor. * Represent Thirst Catering at wedding expos and other industry events to generate new business opportunities. * Ensure all event details are accurately gathered and communicated to the operations team. * Drive sales growth through innovative strategies and continuous improvement. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the catering or hospitality industry. * Proficient in CRM software and comfortable managing communications via phone and computer. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying highly responsive and organized. * Strong network and relationship-building skills. * Familiarity with the Utah event market is a plus. The package includes a $40,000 base salary and a tiered commission structure: 10% commission on the first $100,000 above the baseline (75% of last year's sales), and 20% on any additional sales.
