About the Role

: We are looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals with a passion for jewelry and customer service to join our team. As a Sales Specialist or Department Manager, you will be at the forefront of creating memorable experiences for our clients. If you have a strong passion for fine jewelry and diamond sales, this is the role for you! Primary

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist clients, identifying their jewelry needs
• Provide exceptional customer service including jewelry repairs, order status inquiries, and general hospitality
• Recommend products and services tailored to customer preferences
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers, fostering brand loyalty
• Maintain the display and organization of jewelry in the showcases
• Monitor inventory levels and manage product orders
• Process customer transactions efficiently

Qualifications

:

• Experience in retail or luxury customer service preferred, but not required
• Strong ability to cultivate and nurture new and existing client relationships
• Passion for learning about diamonds, fine jewelry brands, and the latest trends
• Excellent organizational and computer skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible to work weekends
• Team player with a positive, company-first attitude
• Genuine enthusiasm for fashion and jewelry
