About the Job At PactFi, we're redefining the management of private credit transactions. We're seeking a Business Development Associate to play a pivotal role in our growth journey. In this role, you'll work directly with our leadership team to forge lasting customer relationships while shaping the future of our business development function

• What You 'll Do
• Own Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with clients from initial prospecting to ongoing account management, becoming a trusted partner.
• Shape the Future
• :
• Help define and develop the blueprint for the business development function at PactFi. You'll have autonomy and can be very entrepreneurial.
• Mix Business with Fun: Strengthen client connections by sharing enjoyable experiences. We like to entertain outside of the office.
• Streamline Customer Support
• :
• Oversee daily customer support operations, ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
• Leverage Data: Optimize internal and external reporting to unlock insights and drive smarter decision-making.

What You Bring

• 2-5 Years of working in financial services: investment banking, alternatives, consulting, credit, investing, or sales & trading in a client-facing role
• A "startup-ready" mindset: resourceful, adaptable, and excited to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• A preference for in-person interactions and a knack for engaging senior-level clients
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
