Hale Trailer Brake & Wheel, Inc is a multi-location, full-service trailer dealership with an immediate opening at its North Little Rock, AR branch location. We are looking for a Sales Administrator to provide clerical and organizational support to the sales team. The individual in this role will manage tasks like order-processing, customer database maintenance, and ensuring timely product delivery. Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships with existing and new customers. * Maintain and update sales and customer records. * Request and issue sales transaction invoices and other required documents relevant to the sale. * Expediting orders through internal liaison. * Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments. * Interfacing with corporate accounting and administration, as well as other branch locations as needed. * Become proficient using Company computer applications and answer sales questions. * Assist with phone coverage and other tasks as required. Requirements: * Min 3+ years' experience in sales administration, or a similar role preferred. * Experience in truck, trailer, or heavy duty equipment dealership a plus. * An associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred. * Must be able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to the changing needs and priorities of the office and customer service demands with attention to detail. * Must show initiative; work independently and with others, in a pressurized environment, to achieve accurate and timely results while maintaining your own workload. * Must present a professional, highly motivated, positive, results-oriented, problem-solving attitude. * Must have experience with Microsoft Office products. * Must have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities. * Experience with titles is a plus. * Must adhere to all Company policies including safety policies. * Must pass a standard pre-employment drug test.
