We are looking for a talented individual to take on the full-time Outside Parts Sales Representative position at the Warren location. Main responsibilities will include selling heavy and light-duty truck parts while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. What We Offer: * Competitive pay plan * Medical * Dental * Vision Insurance * 401K Match * Life Insurance * Closed on Sundays * Excellent paid training program * Paid vacation Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Sells heavy-duty and/or light-duty truck parts * Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction among all assigned accounts * Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services sold by the company * Cultivate assigned customer territories and accounts * Solicit and grow new accounts Primary Duties: * Maintains relationships with all customers * Promotes the sales of parts and accessories and is an advisor to wholesale or retail customers * Spends a part of each day in solicitation of new business * Successfully complete product and sales training courses as assigned * Develop and maintain full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policies * Maintains parts-related correspondence * Keeps up to date on new products Qualifications: * High school diploma; associate's degree (AA) preferred * Prior sales experience * Valid Driver's License * Ability to sit throughout the day while driving to and from various customer locations; average longest single duration is approximately 1.5 hours; must also sit while driving a forklift for a short period of time * Computer, mathematical, and customer service skills * Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift/move up to 75 lbs on a regular basis * Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements * Ability to demonstrate or display extensive product knowledge to customers and staff to assist with purchase decisions * Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
