We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Funding Advisor to join our team. This role is essential in driving business development and enhancing customer relationships through effective communication and sales strategies. You will help businesses solve their financial needs and grow their companies with crucial services such as Term Loans, Equipment Financing, Bridge Notes, Lines of Credit, and more. We provide comprehensive tools, mentorship, and training to help you build a strong business pipeline, develop client relationships, and successfully secure capital for business owners. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calling/emailing to warm leads generated through multiple outlets. * Utilize CRM software to track deal flow, manage pipelines, and report on sales activities. * Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service to develop a robust book of business. * Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on business development initiatives. * Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities. * Underwriting applications to generate approvals and generate offers. * Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Qualifications * Proven experience in business development or inside sales roles is preferred. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. * Assertive and strong desire to be successful while possessing a high level of work ethic and integrity. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Additional information * Uncapped Commissions: Freedom to earn based on your performance, with no limits to your earning potential. * Performance Based Pay: $25k base + Commission.
