We are seeking an experienced Showroom Sales Assistant to serve as the right hand to the President of Sales in our Women's Dress Divisions. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in all aspects of the sales process, including but not limited to, sales orders, buy sheets, selling reports/recaps, inventory /ats. * Engage in buyer interactions and follow up with buying teams. * Prepare e-commerce copy for websites, highlighting product features and benefits. * Maintain extreme attention to detail and exceptional follow up skills * Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment * Help to maintain the showroom and assist with market appointments with the buyers. Qualifications: * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the garment center, specifically in a sales support role. (Dress experience is not necessary. Your experience can be other classifications such as Mens, Womens, Childrens, Sportswear, Accessories, etc) * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must requirement for this role. * Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload. * Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.
