Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify prospective customers that lead to additional sales
• Schedule and perform product education and training with new and existing customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Attend industry trade shows
• Follow industry trends to identify sales opportunities and markets
• Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
• Maintain cleanliness and organization
• Adhere to all safety standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

:

• 3-5 years of outside sales experience. Agriculture background preferred but not required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Extensive travel will be required in a large territory, including overnights
• Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska and Wisconsin

Compensation

: The base salary for this position will be $50,000 annually with the ability to earn additional compensation through an UNLIMITED growth based commission program.
