We're looking for a rare kind of person - someone who doesn't just want to "get into HVAC," but someone who wants to master it, consult with customers like a pro, and earn $60K - $100K. Interview Process: We move fast! You could be invited for an in-person interview within days of submitting your application!

• Step 1: Submit your application (5 minutes or less)
• Step 2: Complete a 15-minute questionnaire to ensure this is the right role for you (15 minutes)
• Step 3: Schedule your in-person group interview for Tuesday or Thursday from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
• Step 4: Complete a 2nd round in-person or virtual interview
• Step 5: You're Hired! You 'll be great at this if you:
• Have experience in sales, hospitality, banking, real estate, or any other customer-facing role
• Love talking with people and building trust
• Can take complex info and explain it simply
• Are competitive, driven, and eager to grow
• Are hands-on and learn best by doing What You 'll Do:
• Ride along with top techs, get trained in HVAC basics, and become EPA/NATE certified
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues and offer repair/replacement options
• Communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners
• Promote our Gold Club Membership (it practically sells itself)
• Provide a 5-star experience, every single time

Requirements

:

• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Able to lift heavy equipment and work in all weather
• High school diploma or equivalent
