Overview

Responsibilities

: - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences - Provide product information, demonstrate product features, and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled - Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies to management - Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and promote customer loyalty - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries

Qualifications
