Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote packages
• special offers
• and schedule appointments for sales customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong customer relationships
• Utilize technology to track customer interactions and follow-up opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced call center environment
• Provide accurate information on products

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service
• sales
• or a call center environment preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfort with technology and CRM software
• Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
