Inside Sales Representative - CAS Data Loggers Location: Chesterland, OH | Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities

:

• Engage in consultative sales to understand customer requirements and recommend the best data logging solutions.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
• Respond to inbound leads via phone calls, website chats, and emails.
• Generate quotes, follow up on active leads, and schedule sales calls using our CRM system.
• Maintain accurate records and manage customer interactions within the CRM.
• Meet activity targets and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications

:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong time management and self-discipline.
• Technical aptitude to learn about industrial electronics and instrumentation.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software (Excel, Word, Internet).
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Background in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Civil Engineering is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong understanding of inside sales mechanics.
• Ability to follow directions and provide status updates to management.

Compensation

• Associate degree or higher (Preferred)
