Responsibilities

:

• Direct Sales - meeting with clients and teaching about how we can help protect their livelihood and future
• Passion Marketing - get out of the office to build relationships and replenish leads
• Inside Lead Generation - phone calls, appointment setting, etc.
• Strategic Marketing - i.e. golfing with clients, taking realtors mortgage officers to lunch etc.
• Support Success - Prepare proposals, complete documentation, and keep client records organized and up to date. Skills:
• Licensed or Willing to Learn - Hold (or be ready to obtain ASAP) Property & Casualty license.
• Sales Savvy - Previous experience in sales, especially in insurance, is a bonus.
• Relationship Builder - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
