Responsibilities: * Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce our company and products and services. * Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to determine their interest, needs, and potential as a customer. * Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for the sales team based on the availability and preferences of both the client and the sales representative. * Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, ensuring the information is current and relevant. * Communication Skills: Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients, building interest and enthusiasm. * Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align goals, target markets, and strategies for lead generation. Qualifications & Required Experience: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting is preferred. * Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage potential clients effectively. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in basic computer applications. * Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
