A Sales Representative is responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. Sales Representatives are also responsible to represent the company in a professional, customer service oriented manner at all times and will play a key role in building strong relationships with customers to promote our brand, products, and services. The Sales Representative will report to the Sales Manager and are expected to work cohesively with their Account Manager and coworkers from all other departments. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Work cohesively with your Account Manager and the Sales Team. Attend conventions and events to network and promote the company. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities. Maintain and grow existing client relationships. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and RMR goals. Conduct yourself with professionalism and positivity to coworkers, customers, vendors, etc while performing job duties. Attend and provide input at Department and Company meetings. Motivate yourself and your team to consistently improve sales. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and core values. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Proficiency with technology and the use of a CRM. Proven work experience as a B2B Sales Representative or similar role. (Preferred) Skills: Time Management. Communication - Verbal, written, active listening, and presentation skills. Lead Generation. Resilience. Goal-Oriented.
