This is a 1099 independent contractor role with completely flexible hours. You decide when and how you work. All we ask is that you bring drive, integrity, and a willingness to learn. What You 'll Do:

• Use grassroots marketing, door-to-door outreach, social networking, and/or calling to generate leads and book appointments.
• Share our powerful personal story to help customers understand the real risks of dryer vent fires, and the real value of our certified service.
• Set up service appointments with homeowners through our simple tools (we provide training).
• Build a book of business and grow your territory with referrals.
• Work closely with our service team to ensure customers receive a five-star experience.
• Track and manage leads using CRM tools, we'll show you how.
• Represent a 5-star-rated local brand that's scaling nationwide through franchising. What We 're Looking For:
• A confident communicator who isn't afraid to knock doors, make calls, or start a conversation.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented--you'll be paid based on your performance.
• Sales, canvassing, or home services experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Open to long-term growth opportunities, including team leadership or even future franchise ownership.
