Performance Automotive is a High-Volume Multi-Brand dealer group in the Greater Bountiful, UT marketplace, including name brands such as Ford, Honda, and Toyota. We are currently seeking Hard Working Automotive Service Business Development Center Agents. Are you charismatic, outgoing, energetic, and like to meet goals? We have immediate Full-Time opportunities for Automotive BDC Service Representatives at our Performance Toyota Bountiful location. You will be working in an Inbound/Outbound call center that schedules appointments for our Service Departments. Responsibilities

:

• Make outbound calls to gain service appointments.
• Answer inbound service calls professionally and schedule appointments
• Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone and/or internet
• Check and send emails frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
• Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter (100 calls Daily Min)
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
• Make customer satisfaction number one

Qualifications

:

• Proven customer service experience - minimum 1-3 years
• Demonstrate excellent phone and verbal communication skills
• Experience with heavy outbound calling and regular flow of inbound calls (Call Center experience preferred but not required)
• Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others
• Organized, efficient, with an attention to detail
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record (Preferred but not required)
• Substance screening is required of all Performance Automotive employees Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
