Ray Laethem Buick GMC is looking to hire a Coster for our office. We are looking for a candidate with prior automotive office experience. WHAT WE OFFER: * 401K * Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans to Select From * Paid Time Off, and Holiday Pay * No Weekends * Disability, Life Insurance, and Short-Term Disability RESPONSIBILITIES: * Cost all new and used vehicle deals * Report deliveries and certified units * Assist sales department with receipts, and pulling books and keys * File and organize new vehicle books and keys * Back up CVR clerk and title clerk * Calculate sales commissions * Maintain spreadsheets through Excel * Assist with Schedule Maintenance QUALIFICATIONS: * Good verbal, typing and written skills * Self motivation * Excellent organizational skills * Professional personal appearance * Dealership experience is a plus and preferred
