Ray Laethem Buick GMC is looking to hire a Coster for our office. We are looking for a candidate with prior automotive office experience. WHAT WE OFFER:

• Cost all new and used vehicle deals
• Report deliveries and certified units
• Assist sales department with receipts, and pulling books and keys
• File and organize new vehicle books and keys
• Back up CVR clerk and title clerk
• Calculate sales commissions
• Maintain spreadsheets through Excel
• Assist with Schedule Maintenance QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good verbal, typing and written skills
• Self motivation
• Excellent organizational skills
• Professional personal appearance
• Dealership experience is a plus and preferred
