Job Summary: The Inside Sales repwill be thefirst person customers or clients will speak to when walking through your door or calling. Besides representing our company and its culture, you will manage the front office and assist in general administrative tasks, such as handling the incoming mail or scheduling meetings to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. Title: Inside Sales Job ID: 73094 Pay Rate: $17.00 - $22.00/hr (Depending on experience) Shift: 8:00am to 4:30 pm Company Perks: Once you become a full-time employee * Medical & Dental (includes dependents) * Vison * 401 (k) * Employee Stock Ownership Plan * Flexible Spending Account * Vacation with Rollover * Life Insurance, Weekly Income Insurance, AD&D, & LTD * Employee discount on goods, activities, and services * Employee assistance program: Free confidential counseling, legal, financial, childcare, and pet advice Responsibilities: * Answer phones and route to intended destination * Greet customers and assist them with finding the correct department or person * Generate sales leads * Pick up paperwork from sales department * Find and write invoice number on pick tickets to ensure they have been ship confirmed * Attach vendor packing lists with purchase orders * Open and distribute mail * Have signed utility bills signed and send to appropriate person in corporates office * Organize and scan documents including but not limited to pick tickets and packing list * Assist customer's requiring document copies * Look up freight charges upon request and contact the vendor if we have not been billed * Maintain filing system * Scan paperwork not previously scanned into our Enlighten system * Performs other related duties as assigned by management * Will be backup for entering cash and credit card transactions on daily recap * Stock office supplies Qualifications: * At least 1 years of customer service and sales in an industrial/automotive capacity * Prior experience with sales in automotive or industrial parts * Good mechanical and mathematical aptitude with basic understanding of hydraulic, electrical or power transmissions * Prior experience with Microsoft Office and data entry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Organized, detail oriented, and resourceful * Customer-focused * Active listener * Adept at prioritizing, scheduling, and multitasking * Ability to handle office equipment (e.g., the telephone system, printer and fax machine) * Fast and eager learner INDSU Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * Day shift Application Question(s): * Do you have experience/knowledge in Industrial or Automotive parts/components?
