We are dedicated to promoting wellness through high-quality plant medicine products. Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our competitive sales team. This role will involve promoting and selling our plant medicine products primarily at farmers markets, special events, and expos. The ideal candidate will have a passion for natural wellness products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with a diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities Sales and Customer Engagement: * Represent Beyond Wellness at farmers markets, special events, and expos. * Actively engage with potential customers, providing product information, samples, and demonstrations. * Drive sales through persuasive communication and in-depth product knowledge. Product Knowledge and Promotion: * Maintain a thorough understanding of our product line, including benefits and usage. * Educate customers about the advantages of our CBD, CBG, CBN, and isolate products. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products. Setup and Maintenance: * Set up and break down the event booth, ensuring it is visually appealing and stocked with products. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the booth throughout the event. * Manage inventory and restock products as needed. Customer Service: * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Build and maintain relationships with regular customers and event organizers. Reporting: * Track and report sales figures and customer feedback. * Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies and event participation. Qualifications * Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or event settings. * Passion for natural wellness products and the cannabis industry. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various event locations. * Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by event schedules. Compensation and Benefits * $16 per hour base pay plus commission. * Average earnings range from $25-$35 per hour, with top performers averaging over $75 per hour. * Opportunity to be part of a passionate and growing team in the wellness industry. * Bi-weekly coaching calls to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. * Comprehensive training on our products and sales techniques.
