Responsibilities: Primary duties for the Sales Manager include: * Open and close the store ensuring every detail has been accomplished * Keep the sales floor maintained with well trained Sales Associates who uphold our standards * Handles sales conflicts in a timely manner with the goal to resolve * Handles all disciplinary actions as set by the company guidelines * Observes sales staff to better coach a successful staff * Pre-hiring surveys, interviewing, and hiring to meet staffing requirements * Direct the staff in setup of new sales events * Take part in the training of new sales associates * Participates in management meetings * Requires punctuality and regular attendance * All other duties as assigned Qualifications: Position Requirements for the Sales Manager: * Requires the ability to motivate, communicate and train employees * Must be able to complete required reports on time as assigned * Requires good organizational skills * Position requires regular weekend availability Zipcode: 53713
