We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to effectively communicate with customers to enhance their shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, managing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Operate Quickbooks Online to generate customer estimates.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services offered in the store.
• Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing information about products and services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in flooring customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Store hours are M-F 9:00-5:00, Sat 9:00-2:00, closed Sun.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
