We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals to become tomorrow's management leaders.

Duties

• Develop a sales agency to meet growth objectives and profitability by managing the productivity and expenses
• Assist with regional forecasting production
• Manage leads from our lead generation program for your agency.
• Recruit, train, develop, and motivate agents and enforce minimum performance standards
• Coach reps by utilizing approved management tools, such as real-time feedback, peer-to-peer meetings, and formal performance reviews

Requirements

• High school education
• Must obtain and maintain life and health insurance state(s) license(s) as a condition of employment
• Completion of all required American Republic Insurance Services training as directed
• Ability to travel
• Proven track record in recruiting, training, and leadership
