Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our sales staff, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with the Sales Team to respond to inbound inquiries, place outbound follow-up calls, and ensure every client touchpoint is handled with professionalism and clarity. If you have strong phone presence, attention to detail, and B2B communication skills--this job is for you! Responsibilities * Respond to inbound calls and emails from current and potential clients requesting product info * Make outbound follow-up calls to warm leads and existing accounts in the plumbing industry * Generate bids, review orders, and ensure proposals are submitted accurately and on time * Maintain detailed records of sales calls, bids, and client communications in spreadsheets/CRM * Provide product information and customer support via phone, email, and web * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly * Support the sales team with additional tasks and special projects as requested Requirements * Proven experience in a sales support or similar role. * Experience working with CRM software for account management. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction. * Experience in cold calling and conducting product demonstrations is highly desirable. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
