Join our team and help us create unforgettable wine experiences! We're looking for a part-time, weekend and on-call Tasting Room Sales Associate to join our team. This is a flexible, very part-time opportunity-- perfect for someone who wants to work a few shifts a month in a fun, dynamic environment. As a Tasting Room Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our winery--welcoming guests, sharing our story, and most importantly, creating a balance of hospitality and sales. You'll help build brand loyalty, promote our wines, and encourage wine club memberships with genuine enthusiasm and stellar customer service. What You 'll Do:

• Greet guests with warmth and energy
• Pour wines and lead tastings with knowledge and flair
• Share our winery's story and answer wine-related questions
• Deliver memorable experiences that turn visitors into fans
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and wine club goals
• Process transactions accurately using our POS system
• Help maintain the Tasting Room's clean and welcoming vibe
• Assist with opening/closing duties, restocking, and general upkeep
• Support occasional events or other winery needs as they arise

Who You Are

:

• Passionate about wine and eager to share it with others
• Naturally outgoing, friendly, and service-oriented
• Experienced in sales and customer engagement (bonus if it's in a winery!)
• A great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• A team player who's flexible and positive--even when things get busy
• At least 21 years old
• Able to work weekends, with occasional holidays or evenings as needed Bonus Points If You:
• Have prior winery or tasting room experience
• Know how to upsell or cross-sell like a pro
• Bring a sense of humor and hospitality to everything you do
