Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and local real estate laws.
• Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials and advertisements.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements in all transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and addressing any concerns.
• Build a network of contacts within the community to generate leads and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in ongoing professional development. Experience
• Proven experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with real estate law and Fair Housing regulations is preferred.
• Experience in real estate administration or property management is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve diverse clientele.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
