Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process * Guide customers from check-in to repair completion * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic devices * Communicate technical issues in a clear, understandable manner * Offer repair estimates and recommend additional services * Upsell case's & screen protectors * Provide solutions through our Home+ protection plan * Ensure all repairs meet uBreakiFix quality standards * Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment * Answer phone calls professionally and convert inquiries to store visits * Manage inventory accurately and uphold store cleanliness * Utilize POS system for customer records and repair tracking Requirements: * 1-3 years of customer service or retail sales experience preferred * Basic computer skills required * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment * Reliable transportation and driver's license * Ability to build relationships and recommend solutions to our customers How to Apply: Ready to join our team?
