Position * Commercial Account Manager Responsible for: * Managing existing book * Quoting and servicing new business handed off to you - while retaining & servicing existing clients. * Proactively identifying & acting on cross-sell opportunities. * Learn from existing staff processes/procedures to further develop & grow Requirements: * Must be team-oriented, & live out our values of Family-Focused, Thorough, & Honest everyday with coworkers & clients. * Commercial Insurance Client Management experience is mandatory, including working with clients & company underwriters, coverage detail & reviews with clients. * Must be able to manage a workload with a team of experienced insurance professionals (i.e. certificates, billing, accord forms, renewals/remarkets, etc.) * Ability to navigate & learn an agency management system (EZLynx). * Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products. * Must be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of specific company products while matching client needs. * 440 required, 220 preferred Salary: $55k-$65k annually (plus commission & retention bonus) Benefits & Perks * Eligible for 401k after 1 year * Competitive base pay plus opportunities for bonuses & career progression * Monthly one-on-one's with team lead * Opportunities to receive additional insurance designations * Paid vacation & PTO * Company commitment to work/family life balance * Team community service opportunities * Team Building Events Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Retention bonus Experience: * Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * 440 license (Required) * 220 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
